Throughout this project we worked with Spartanburg Water and a neighboring developer to install a pump station and sewer main extension to serve our project and now provides neighboring property owners with sewer access. We recently closed on a 67-acre site abutting Peachtree Village and are developing plans for more apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes.
