A Greenville native with deep family roots in the Upstate, Nick has spent more than three decades immersed in nearly every aspect of real estate and development. His career has been built not only on experience, but on a lifelong understanding of the people, communities, and relationships that shape growth across the region.
After quickly establishing himself as a successful real estate agent early in his career, Nick founded Access Realty in 1999. What began as a local brokerage has grown into a diversified real estate platform that today includes more than 30 residential and commercial agents, along with GSA Property Management, which manages a portfolio of more than 500 residential and commercial rental properties.
Nick’s long-standing relationships with landowners, builders, investors, local officials, financial institutions, and community leaders have become one of Crown Development’s greatest strengths. His ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex projects, and bring the right people together has helped drive successful development throughout the Upstate.

Jon Tompkins grew up in Clemson, South Carolina, and graduated from Daniel High School before spending a year in Maine and then attending Southern Wesleyan University. He began his real estate career with three years in real estate management before moving into raw land sales, where he now has 20 years of experience. For the past five years, Jon has specialized in land acquisition for residential development. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and time in nature. He is active in his church, supports wildlife conservation, and volunteers with local charitable organizations when able. Above all, Jon is most proud of his family—his wife, Jill, and their two daughters, Sarah and Molly.

Tyler was born and raised in Greenville and still calls Greenville home, today. After graduating from Clemson University in 2016 with a degree in Forest Resource Management, his career in land sales and property management started shortly after. He began managing timber and wildlife resources for several clients across the upstate region of South Carolina, while also helping landowners navigate the transactional process of selling and purchasing land. His passion, knowledge, and experience as an avid sportsman were a critical foundation for the numerous opportunities in which he was able to assist in purchasing, and further managing timberland and recreational properties for his clients. Though his position has shifted to more of a land acquisition role, he continues to connect and foster relationships with landowners, old and new. In this new chapter with Access Realty, Tyler looks forward to bringing his decade of real experience and his technical skill set to help facilitate transactions and further the growth of the Upstate through well-planned communities and developments

John was born in Georgia before moving to Greenville, where he was raised and developed a deep appreciation for the Upstate. After graduating from Clemson University in 2021 with a degree in Construction Science and Management, he spent five years in construction project management before pursuing a career in land brokerage. Driven by a passion for the outdoors, John specializes in recreational, timber, agricultural, estate, and investment properties. He believes every piece of land has a story and is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate each transaction with honesty, clear communication, and a client-first approach. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Leslie, and their two Labrador Retrievers. As a steward of the outdoors and conservationist, you'll usually find him hunting, working on his own dirt, or embracing what he likes to call "Type II fun."

Tyler, a Greenville native and graduate of North Greenville University, began his real estate career in 2018 as a residential sales agent. Since joining Access Realty and Crown Land Development as a Land Development Coordinator in 2021, he has developed a unique perspective on both residential and land sales. His knowledge, experience, and passion for helping others drive him each day to ensure his clients receive professional service and a seamless transaction experience. Tyler is an avid sports fan who enjoys Clemson Football and cheering on the Atlanta Braves. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his family—his wife, Lauren, and their two sons, Elijah and Asher.

After graduating from high school in 1989, Earlene started working for attorney Everette Babb in the real estate department – it was from that initial experience that she made the decision to pursue a career in real estate and became a licensed Realtor in 1998. In 2005, she received her broker's license, and at that time, she decided that her strengths were better served inside the office environment doing office management, marketing, etc. Access Realty has been her “home away from home” for the past 10 years.
An upstate native, she was raised in Easley, SC, where she still resides with her husband of 22 years and their two beautiful children. She loves spending time with family and friends and takes advantage of every possible chance to escape to the wonderful South Carolina coast.
